Privacy Policy

LIMIRIN LLC ("Limirin", "we") provides business and IT consulting, research, advertising, hosting, web portals and information services, sells online, trades wholesale and as an agent, and provides facility and commercial support services. In many projects we handle data about our clients' customers. This policy explains our roles under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Clients' customers
When we build or run online stores, process orders, handle returns or manage advertising for a client, the client is the controller of its customers' data and we act as a processor under a written agreement. We do not use one client's customer data for another client or for our own marketing.
3. Advertising
We set up campaigns using advertising platforms' tools. Where audiences are built from customer lists, this is done only on the client's instruction and with a lawful basis confirmed by the client. We do not buy or sell personal data lists.
4. Research participants
Surveys and interviews are voluntary. Results are reported in aggregate; recordings are made only with consent.
5. Our online store customers
For our own store we process name, contacts, delivery details and orders. Returns are accepted within 14 days as required by consumer protection law.
6. Portal users
Producers listed on our portal provide business contacts, which are published at their request.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, consent (research, newsletters), legal obligations (tax, consumer protection), legitimate interests (service security).
8. Recipients
Hosting providers in Ukraine and the EU, payment and delivery services, advertising platforms where clients instruct us. We do not sell personal data.
9. Retention
- Client project data: contract term plus 30 days, then deleted or returned.
- Our store orders: as required by tax law.
- Research data: anonymised after analysis.
10. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. If we process your data for a client, we will forward your request to them. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
11. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
